Firstly peel the green peas .
Now put a deep pan on flame add water n boiled it.
When water get boiling add sugar and peeled pea and boil about 5-7 minutes.
Now taken out the peas with large spoon(poori siever) and put immediately in chilled water.
When peas completely cool down strain the peas with strainer.
